Burnt out

Hello world.

Its been a really long time since I really wrote something here.

Been busy lately. Really very busy.
Balancing work and school is no easy task.

Basically all the days when I have no school are pumped into working.
Very, very shag.
That I'm totally burnt out.

Just a brief update of what I've been doing for the past 3 weeks other then working.
4th Aug.
Michael's Birthday.
We ate the shit out of ourselves. The prawns just fucking rock. Was a nice gathering among good friends. Although other then me and mike there was only Sim and Moses but, most importantly we enjoyed ourselves.
19th Aug.
Auntie Lynette's wedding.
Glad to see everyone turn up and looking good. It was a great night out.
27th Aug.
Ivan's Birthday.
I couldn't follow them to club because I had work commitments the next day. What we had was a simple dinner and gathering among all the ex-East View dudes.

I've just bought myself a maharishi tote bag. Just a ORD gift for myself by myself.
hahaha.
Sad right?
Got my Stussy World Tour Tee by Pushead. Thanks Michael and Ryan.

Once again, for the past 3 weeks, and 4 weeks into school.
I've been bombarded, grilled by friends who were concern about me not having a gf for the past 3 years.
Thanks for the concern guys, really appreciate it but I think at this point of time when I don't even have time for myself and my precious decks I don't think I have time to find a gf too.
And I have problems feeding myself already.
To the point that I missed Cosmic Gate's gig at Zouk.
Financial Independence?
It might take me 1 or 2 more months.
How I wish I could be like those people in my lecture who have no monetary concerns.
Join a cca, make new friends. Have fun, enjoy university life.
I wish I could too but.
Reality bites.

See you there.

Return of the pencil case

Hello world.

Its the first time I'm blogging from my new comp.
Not a very fantastic system, but it does fit my requirements and budget.

Didn't blog much last week cause I was getting the new comp up and stuff, and yes. I was lazy. :P

Celebrated Amanda Pascoe and Nicole's birthday last tuesday at Costa Sands chalet. Was supposed to be a surprise party for the both. But someone spilled the beans to Nicole. But hey at least Amanda is surprised. haha.
Plenty of alcohol, plenty of food.
Kudos for the potato salad Amanda... Wong!

We, the usual people consisting of Brandon, Amanda Wong, Nicole, Ah Boon, Ivan and Carson spent the weekend chilling at Ivan's place with some Absolut Vodka & Peach.

Yesterday was the first day of school.
Its been almost 2 years since I last actually studied.
I thought I would feel excited and stuff like that.
But, I didn't feel anything.
Infact, I was worried if I could cope with school..
Worried about whether I could balance school and work.
Pondering about whether to join any clubs.
Should I join a ECA to know more friends?
I was thinking about join the Young Entrepreneurs club until Shaun, one of the peeps from my orientation group asked me to join the ODAC group together.
Its some outdoor adventure club who organises trips to Brunei or something like that if I didn't hear wrongly.
Well, I'm game for it but, I need to work to pay the bills.
We shall see. :-)

I thought I would be the same old me while studying in TP.
You know, talking cock in class, etc etc.
Hey I was wrong.
I didn't know I was so focused in studying.
Perhaps it was the pressure piling on me already.
Life's woes.
Reality.
For once, I think in my opinion. You might think otherwise.
Army did brought a change in me.
Although I am still the same old me, blabbering nonsense, doing funny stuff etc.
But it instilled a certain discipline, or self- mastery in me. Thanks SAF.

A little thought about the past 2 days in school.
International Relations
Ok, it means world politics actually. I've got a hell-mother-fucking-lot of reading to do.
Israel-Palestinian. China-Taiwan-NorthKorea and blah blah blah.
A single question can be answered in 4 fucking pages!
Then again, I think its a good subject to score, because its a argumentative subject.
There's no definite right or wrong. But how you support your perspective.
Principles of Banking & Finance
Nothing much. Came as what I expected. You know.
Maths 1
Oh my. That Mr Phil Stephenson is a Scottish.
Add the accent, the low volume, and the teachings at bullet train speeds.
He can explain a question halfway, jump to another one, and never goes back to the first one.
What the fuck!?
You do the math.

Will be meeting up with my pink IC soon on Monday... till then...
Cheers.
