HellO!!! How's life as an instructor getting on? Better don't tekan them until a bunch of them downgrade... We will suffer in the end... Haha~
Shift is getting a bit out of hand... Still the usual few (You know who) Dunno what to do about them or how to say them... They think they ord-ing soon or lao jiao then start to play all sorts of stunts...
never mind, when i come back in september. no more mr nice guy already, detailing is like that means like that, no more whatsoever :P.... PC also very fed up with discipline within the shift already... that was partly the reason i wanted to leave the flight, it sucks. thats why i was told to instill fear into the new trainees... u think i so cek ark 1 meh... boh bian leh... hahaha
well, think there's nothing much we can do now... just hope that they don't go too overboard... But i see some already have climb on top of PC's head...
hopefully things will trun better...
haha~ can't imagine my communication method with you is such a unique way...
yea man... cos we seldom see each other mah! hahaha
